How the schedule is built
Fixtures use the circle method: one entrant stays fixed while everyone else rotates a place each round, so no pairing repeats and nobody plays twice in a round. With an odd number, one entrant sits out each round, and each entrant sits out exactly once.
When a round has more matches than you have courts, it is split into slots. Timings assume about 12 minutes a match — enough for a single rally-point game plus changeover. Best-of-three matches take longer, so pad the estimate.

How many matches are in a round robin?
n(n-1)/2 for n entrants: 6 players play 15 matches, 8 play 28, and 10 play 45.
How many rounds does a round robin need?
n-1 rounds for an even number of entrants, and n rounds for an odd number, because one entrant sits out each round.
Can I use it for doubles?
Yes — enter each fixed pair on one line and it schedules pairs exactly as it schedules players.
